What a start to the summer it has been for the David Vandyke stable!

Five winners over the first four days in December … that’s about as good as it gets.

And it is not just merely having so many winners on the board in such a short period of time that was impressive … it was also the quality and promise of the winners involved that is so encouraging.

Toorooloo … who won on December 1 … was winning for the third time in a row.
Colleagues … who won on December 3 … scored his Maiden win in only his third start after stepping up to 1680m for the first time

And then the stable hat-trick on December 4 …

Sanzero …. A smart debut winner
Gypsy Goddess … kept her unbeaten record intact making it three wins from three starts

And last but certainly not least …

Weona Smartone … who made it eight wins in a row and a total of eight wins from only nine starts.

Overall, these results contributed to a fifty percent winning strike-rate for the stable in the first week in December … another impressive statistic.
