MAR 1 - TOWNSVILLE MEETING ABANDONED

The Townsville meeting scheduled for today was abandoned due to weather and the state of the track

Townsville received 79mm in the twenty-four hour period prior to the scheduled meeting.

Racing Queensland Limited did contact Sky Racing to see if the meeting could be transferred to Thursday, which had been vacated by Rockhampton, but due to the reallocation of times this was unable to occur.
