HRO's resident form expert David Fowler looks at today's meeting at Eagle Farm

Form analysis based on a heavy 10 with no chance of an upgrade.

RACE 1:

DAZZLE US (7) is a progressive horse who ran well last start in a similar race and has won on heavy. Host of rough chances including 1,2,4,8,10,11,14.

RACE 2:

Even group of two-year-olds going to 1400m for the first time. VOODOO BLUE MAGIC (6) ran well last Saturday and gets a good trip in this from AQUATOR (1) who will keep finding the line (placed twice slow) and POUND ON TUBBY (2) who is the leader. Rough chances 7 and 8.

RACE THREE:

ERINSEA (2) has had two runs back from a spell now and is ready to strike particularly because she is good on heavy tracks. Solid finisher. BEAUFORT GYRE (16) is proven in heavy and will race on speed. Stable has a good strike rate when it heads north. RAMEAU (11) is a good street-corner tip this morning and won in heavy. Rough chances 3,6,9,10,12.

RACE FOUR:

ALCANCIA (4) excels in wet (won three times heavy) and last two Brisbane dry tracks runs have been excellent. Solid finisher. TOP OF THE ROCK (8) loves wet and will box-seat but does she get a strong 1200m? PRODUCT (7) will be out the back but running on and likes wet. Rough chances 2,3,6,10.

RACE FIVE:

COMMANDARE (2) hasn't put a foot wrong this campaign and fought hard to win last start. Proven heavy and hardest to beat. KISS ME DEADLY (7) will improve on first-up 9th and grows a leg in the wet. MARGINS (13) is the big watch. Heavy track winner and good fresh. Rough chances 10,12.

RACE SIX:

Form well exposed and nearly all handle the wet. CASH N STYLE has been flat in two runs before gave BOYS ON TOUR a real run for his money at Doomben a fortnight ago. Races on pace and loves wet. Eachway foolproof. SECRET GARDEN (9) is back in distance but handles heavy and is a strong finisher. BOYS ON TOUR (1) has to be included but up 3.5kg on latest neck win. Rough chances 2,3,4,6,11.

RACE SEVEN:

ROYAL JESTER (8) has had his share of problems in his short career but looked strong in his latest EF maiden win. Looking for this distance and been placed on heavy. ELMANTOSH (6) and CAMORA (4) come out of a Doomben race in which the time was slow. They have to be considered but I have my doubts. Rough chances 3,9.

RACE EIGHT:

Super keen on GDAY OLD MATE (6) who loves the wet and loves the 1000m at EF. M.Cahill booking a plus as well. Bet up here. SHAFEEQ (4) excels at EF 1000m but wet track and weight rise now could be hurdles. JUGAHLATION (10) is a one trick pony and gets his preferred surface today. Rough chances 2,5,8,13.

BEST BET: ALCANCIA (race 4)

BEST EACHWAY: G'DAY OLD MATE (race 8)

BEST ROUGHIE: YOU'RE MINE (race 7)

QUADRELLA: 2 7 13 / 1 2 3 5 9 11 / 3 4 6 8 9 / 4 6 10.
