BEAUDESERT OFF; DOOMBEN UNDER A CLOUD

As anticipated, the meeting scheduled for Beaudesert tomorrow (Tuesday) has been abandoned due to the state of the track.

Doomben is the next fixture scheduled in South East Queensland. It is due to take place on Wednesday.

As at 4pm on Monday afternoon the Doomben track was officially rated a ‘heavy nine’.

The forecast for Tuesday is morning showers with the rain clearing later in the day.

Many trainers and owners appear to have already made the call on their participation in the Doomben meeting as only there are only 59 acceptances for the seven race card.
