GOLD COAST MEETING ALERT: RAIL NOW MOVED OUT 5.2 METRES FROM THE 400M TO THE WINNING POST

After the overnight rain deluge in South East Queensland the Gold Coast race track has taken a battering.
The track was downgraded to a Heavy 9 for the meeting.
The rail had been originally moved out from the true position to 3.5 metres from the 400 metres to the winning post.
After further inspection the rail is being moved out a further 1.7 metres making the rail now 5.2 metres out from the 400 metres to the winning post.
